What is a Sprk Pro?
The Sprk Pros are REALTORS who are trained in solar real estate transactions. Whether it’s time to buy or sell a home that has solar and/or other Green Assets, Sprk Realty is here to help! To become a Sprk Pro they must have passed through the Sprk Solar Agent Certification Training and be in good standing with their states real estate licensing board.
Sprk provides them the tools and training they need to help you before you sell your solar home and the knowledge and tools necessary to maximize your solar home when it’s time to refinance or sell.
How it Works

We will come take care of your solar system so you don’t have to worry and we will keep an eye on it so you don’t have to.
